MDDP Outsourcing named Payroll Team of the Year at the Global Payroll Awards 2025!

We are proud to announce that MDDP Outsourcing has received the prestigious international Global Payroll Awards 2025 in the Payroll Team of the Year category. The award, granted by the Global Payroll Alliance (GPA), is a recognition of the highest standards of our team’s work and its contribution to the development of modern payroll and HR outsourcing services.

The GPA 2025 awards ceremony took place on June 5th in Warsaw, where the award was accepted on behalf of the company by Kinga Miszyn – Senior Manager and Ewa Kublik – Manager in the Payroll Department. This year’s shortlist included such well-known names as EY, ASB Group, and ICS Accounting.

According to the official competition guidelines, the Global Payroll Awards jury was looking for evidence of the success of payroll teams supporting companies with employees both domestically and internationally. Particular attention was paid to the following criteria:

• Problem-solving – how challenges were identified and overcome

• Improvements in payroll performance

• Achievement of targets and KPIs

• Excellent teamwork and communication

• Technical and subject-matter excellence – including up-to-date legal knowledge, local expertise, and implementation of new processes

• Investment in employees – both current and future

• Employee development and retention.

In each of these areas, the MDDP Outsourcing payroll team demonstrated exceptional performance – from a successful team restructuring and technological innovation to leadership development and a remarkably low turnover rate.
