HR & Payroll for large companies

By constantly increasing the efficiency of processes and investing in IT solutions, we respond to the expectation of error-free, fast and effective service. Service that is independent and complementary to the internal tasks of our clients. Based on these assumptions, we have prepared an offer for large enterprises.

Large enterprises are entities that have a long and often challenging development path behind them. Ultimately, these entities developed advanced and unique, specific (also industry-specific) requirements for processes and HR and payroll management schemes (policies, procedures, authorizations, role assignment). They reflect how to face such challenges as recruitment – development/turnover, MBO programs, budget planning, integration, training, career paths, etc. Often in such enterprises the scale of current tasks and duties is so large that HR administration and payroll processing cease to be a key area of work for HR teams.

At MDDP Outsourcing, we have been responding to the needs of large clients for years, supporting them in payroll and HR services, implementing individual standards or specifications of individual processes provided to us. We offer each client a personalized approach, adequate to the degree of needs as well as integration and development of application systems.

We offer work in their own IT environment to clients who have implemented and improved specialized and mutually integrated IT solutions and systems (ERP, workflow, portals, cafeterias, time recording systems) over the years.

Our cooperation with clients may also be based on a mixed model, the main part of which is provided with the use of systems used and made available by MDDP Outsourcing (e.g., HR & payroll system, employee portal). For other tasks, we work with the client’s systems (e.g., working in the aforementioned cafeteria or benefit systems).

For those large companies that decide to use our systems, we offer all or selected elements of our Online HR package:

  • We provide Client’s HR team members with access to view of all data and functionalities that enable the generation of the available reports
  • If the cooperation model preferred by our clients assumes the independent performance of HR tasks by them and entrusting us with payroll tasks, we prepare a system for independent performance of HR tasks and operations by the client’s employees directly in our system.
  • Our clients can also remotely and on an ongoing basis use personal files in electronic form, the so-called e-files. In the 24/7 mode, from any location, you can search on the basis of many criteria (including metadata), view, print, generate the contents of the selected personal file to PDF. There are different views available for browsing: tabular for spreadsheet enthusiasts and in a tree structure for those who prefer the traditional folder layout.
  • Online HR & Payroll is also the possibility of electronic submission and acceptance of vacation applications. In this way, we eliminate the circulation of paper documents, shorten the time of accepting a vacation application, and speed up the provision of information (each employee has access to their vacation balances and each supervisor can track the use of their subordinates’ leaves on an ongoing basis).
  • As part of the Online HR & Payroll package, we also provide an employee portal. Each of the employees can submit the above-mentioned leave applications, view their data, receive PIT documents, or payslips. Thanks to this, we minimize the working time devoted to administrative service of employees, while increasing their comfort of access to their own HR documents.

For large companies, the selection of a cooperation model and a set of application systems is crucial. However, to fully meet the needs of our clients (depending on the chosen model of cooperation), we provide a wide range of additional support for solutions that are fundamental from the point of view of a large company and complementary – facilitating everyday cooperation.   • We offer full HR & payroll services

  • We collect data from the client’s systems on our own (e.g., cafeteria, portals)
  • We consolidate data from many sources ourselves – we do not require the preparation of one collective data file for monthly calculation
  • We prepare ready-made files for direct posting of payroll accounting data in the client’s system
  • We offer secure channels for the exchange of data and documents, but without the need for imposed communication systems
  • We support many models of preparing transfers with remuneration for employees
  • We use automated notifications for clients, for example about expiring documents
  • We use process control elements to ensure the quality of the services we provide
  • We will carry out the migration of data to our HR & payroll system with the least possible involvement of the client (in the case of services using MDDP systems)
