Professionally, I deal with broadly understood accounting, including full accounting. I started my professional career by working in the sales department – initially on the Polish market, later in foreign trade. Experience in this field, as well as graduating from a vocational high school and industrial studies, helped me better understand the business and the functioning of the enterprise as a whole. I have been working in the field of finance and accounting for twenty-five years, mainly for production, construction and service companies. My portfolio includes several successful implementations of ERP systems. I worked as a chief accountant, financial analyst, consultant for Sage Symfonia ERP implementations, reporting specialist (mainly of consolidation), also in MSR.

I graduated form the University of Łódź. I completed master’s studies in Industrial Economics and postgraduate studies in Financial Management.

At MDDP Outsourcing, I manage the accounting team, where together we provide accounting services for companies from the development, investment and production groups. These companies are implementing their own new ERP-class SageX3 accounting system, where I am responsible for implementing the program from the accounting side, starting with system settings, testing the correctness of data settings, up to final postings. We also support a large energy and gas company by carrying out accounting in accordance with IAS. The variety of topics makes it impossible to get bored at work.

In my professional life, I always try to understand the Client and their needs, because every business is different, and accounting is not only a tax tool, but also a tool for effective business management.
