I am a manager with over 20 years of experience in team building and management and marketing project realization. My approach towards work is based on communicativeness, the ability to build long-term business relations and high organizational skills. As a leader, I concentrate on supporting the team and its growth, which contributes to achieving ambitious results and accomplishing the set objectives.

I rely on creativity, innovativeness and constant development so that I can flexibly respond to the changing market conditions. Thanks to my self-reliance, initiative and openness to new solutions, I can effectively manage projects and tune strategies to dynamic challenges.
