Paulina Gutkowska

I have completed a course in Finance, Accounting and Insurance with specialty in Corporate Finances and Accounting at the University of Warsaw. I also hold a Chief Accountant Certificate issued by the Polish Accountants’ Association.

I started working in accounting over 10 years ago. I have been related to outsourcing of accounting services from the very beginning of my professional career. Time passed as I obtained accounting and tax experience by providing services to companies from various sectors, such as real estate, pharmacy, veterinary medicine and manufacture.

I started working at MDDP Outsourcing in 2016 as accountant. In the following years, I successfully carried out the duties I would be entrusted with, gained new experience, honed my skills and expanded my knowledge, allowing me to assume the role of Junior Manager and start managing a team of qualified specialists. I handle accounting projects with professionalism and dedication and care for continuous growth. In cooperation with the customers, I put priority on maintaining good business relations and understanding the expectations.

In everyday work, I focus on the relations with the team – mutual respect, cooperation, kindness and honesty are the key values to build a well-synched team that is able to passionately provide accounting outsourcing services and face daily challenges. I always try to provide my team with substantive support and care for their work comfort. Thanks to the well-functioning and professional team, we are able to fulfil the projects that we are entrusted with.
