Paulina Łańska

Paulina Łańska is an experienced Junior Manager with a solid background in team management. Her career covers over a decade of professional experience, mainly in demanding environments such as an organization from the so-called Big Four or MDDP Outsourcing. It allowed her to develop skills within the scope of data analysis, process optimization and team development. She specializes in efficient team management in dynamic conditions, which allows for achieving excellence.

Currently, she has been working as Junior Manager at MDDP Outsourcing, where she coordinates and supervises the team, deals in process analyses and optimization and provides high-quality data. She is responsible for performance analysis, team project management and cooperation between individual departments. In her pro-active role, she supports the team, caring for an effective implementation of business objectives.

As the graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, she holds the Master’s degree in International Business. She also completed a post-graduate course in Project Management. Paulina is known for her flexibility and commitment to continuous growth. She is always prepared for new challenges.
