Agnieszka Tyczyńska-Osińska Director

I have twenty-five years of experience in financial and management accounting. I gained it both in Polish and foreign companies, and as a lecturer at, among others, the Association of Accountants in Poland. I also gained professional experience in finance, accounting and auditing at various positions – Chief Accountant, Financial Director, certified auditor, Director of the Audit Department. I know perfectly well many financial and accounting systems used by large organisations and capital groups (SAP, Simple, Raks, Symfonia, Prestiż, Exact, Enova, CDN Optima, etc.).

I graduated from master’s studies in Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and doctoral studies at the same university. I am also an ACCA graduate and a member of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors.

I have been working at MDDP Outsourcing since 2014. I manage accounting teams in Katowice and in an office in Warsaw as well as I support Clients in accounting aspects of running a business.

I effectively supervise work performed by the teams subordinated to me, and I also deal with the implementation of new clients. I also support them in effective accounting, using modern technologies, and preparing all reports and analyses – both for their internal management needs and for external recipients.

What is important to me at work is the possibility of continuous development and the opportunity to cooperate with clients from various countries and industries.
