Artur Stelmach Manager

I am a Manager with many years of experience in the area of financial and accounting outsourcing. I specialise in particular in building teams and managing their work, automating and streamlining processes, implementing ERP, financial and accounting systems as well as electronic document flow systems, and cooperating with banks and companies implementing IT solutions.

I studied at the State Higher Vocational School in Płock, majoring in Mathematics with IT, and at the University of Warsaw, majoring in Management. I have acquired my accounting knowledge during courses of the Association of Accountants in Poland.

I have been working at MDDP Outsourcing for over ten years. On a daily basis, I deal with safety, quality and speed of banking transactions as well as correct records in financial and accounting systems. Additionally, I am responsible for contact with banks and companies implementing new systems and tools to automate work. The accounting office in Warsaw is my everyday place of work.

I joined the company with the task of sorting out issues related to customer payments. The basic goals I have adopted are to increase data control and transaction security, increase efficiency, as well as optimise and standardise processes. The solution I used was to create a new, specialised department in the company.

What I like about my daily work at MDDP Outsourcing is that when I provide accounting services, the scope of my activities is systematically expanding, and the emerging new technology allows for the implementation of changes related to the automation and robotisation of processes. In my daily work in outsourcing, it is also necessary to look at the process as a whole, but consisting of many smaller elements, from which, after some time, subsequent smaller ones can be isolated. Outsourcing service is based on experience from various companies, financial and accounting systems, banks, programs, technologies and tools. Combined with the individual needs of our Clients and their dynamic environments, it allows us to achieve the best possible results.

The greatest challenges of everyday work are predicting, controlling and further improving subordinate processes in line with continuous improvement.

Privately, I am a supporter of active recreation in all its forms and I also care about the balance between private and professional life, because I see that maintaining it properly gives me the best professional results.
