My work has been connected with accounting since the beginning of my career, namely since 2006. I started my adventure as an office worker at a standard accounting firm. When gaining experience over time as an accountant, I simultaneously developed my skills in team management as a deputy and later on as the head of the branch office. I provided services for companies from various industries such as services, trade and production. In particular, I handled companies operating on the real estate market. I derive a lot of satisfaction from my work as an accountant and as a person who manages an accounting team.

I graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice with major in Finances and Accounting – specialty of Accounting.

At MDDP Outsourcing in Katowice, I am responsible for managing the accounting team that handles corporate customers, mainly foreign companies. In my everyday work, I also provide substantive support for my team. I supervise both the technical and the organizational functioning of the accounting process as such, but also its compliance with the applicable regulations and deadlines. In case of outsourcing, it is crucial to provide the customers with high-quality services in due time. At MDDP, we meet this requirement thanks to, among others, the high level of digitization and automation of accounting and tax processes.

I have always been interested in working in the outsourcing sector. I can acquire broad knowledge and experience through contact with various customers, processes, needs, as well as typical issues related to bookkeeping and taxes. Thanks to outsourcing, one is able to verify their knowledge and skills compared to other specialists and practices in various areas of accounting and taxes.

People are the most important to me in my professional and personal life. I think that good atmosphere, mutual support and individual approach towards every person allows for a properly functioning and strong team that is able to deal with even the most difficult situations.
