As a leader and entrepreneur with twenty years of experience, I manage diverse teams. I have expert experience in the area of building and optimising HR processes, integrating HR policy after a merger, building an organisational culture based on values, talent acquisition programs from inside and outside the organisation, recruitment and the process of change in the organisation.
My specialisation is designing effective development processes, putting customer satisfaction and positive experiences at the centre. I work with leaders, focusing on building leadership based on values and built on strengths.
I graduated with a master’s degree in economics and postgraduate studies in Employee Training and Development at the Leon Koźmiński University. I am a Strengths coach authorised to work on the Gallup CliftonStrengths tests, a practising Business Trainer with a diploma of a one-year coaching academy and an applied drama course, as well as an assessor, a certified ICC (International Coaching Community) coach and a certified consultant of the MBTI tool used to determine personality types.
At MDDP Outsourcing I am responsible for the implementation of personnel policy. I carry out projects in the field of recruitment marketing, recruitment processes and onboarding, as well as employee development and legal consulting in the field of labour law. What I like about working in outsourcing is the variety of tasks and projects, the opportunity to build long-term relationships and the multitude of opportunities.
