Specialization: HR and payroll services

I have 14 years of experience in team management and outsourcing processes.  I have worked for many large companies, where I was successfully building and developing external payroll and HR administration services. I gained the most extensive experience working in an international environment, where I was, among others, responsible for implementing ISO and ISAE quality certificates as well as GDPR security principles in data processing.

At MDDP Outsourcing, I am responsible for the development and operation of one of the two parts of the HR and payroll services department. I manage the full HR and payroll process of over 100 companies and a 22-person team located in office in Warsaw and Katowice. I supervise processes in terms of timeliness, compliance with the principles of cooperation and applicable law.

I know the value that high-quality HR and payroll services bring to enterprises. I consider this area to be one of the key factors determining the efficient functioning of the company, creating certain, stable conditions conducive to development and expansion.

I graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Łódź. I also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management.

The most important thing for me in my professional and personal life is support and cooperation. The strength of every organisation is people, which is why I work based on relationships and building awareness of supporting each other in the team. I am the so-called “team player” working with great attention to quality and passion for solving problems.
