Rafał Małecki Manager

I am an economist with over eighteen years of professional experience in the field of accounting and finance.

I took first steps in my professional career in a tax office in Płock. Then, for almost six years, I worked in the internal accounting department of a company specialising in marketing research and providing market data. After a period of working in internal accounting, I returned to work in an accounting firm and in outsourcing of accounting services, with which I have been associated for over twelve years .

I have been working at MDDP Outsourcing in Warsaw for over four years, and since the beginning I have been leading the accounting team. I specialise in keeping accounting books, coordinating the work of teams and organising processes to ensure high quality financial data for Clients. I participate in the processes of closing books, reporting, handling Due Diligence processes, as well as handling accounting and tax audits.

At MDDP Outsourcing, I am also responsible for taking over accounting books and implementing new Clients. On a daily basis, I coordinate the work of specialists who provide accounting services for our Clients. Working in a modern organisation providing services to various Clients allowed me to gain extensive experience, including in particular in preparing and verifying separate financial statements, preparing financial statements for consolidation purposes, preparing documentation for transfer pricing purposes or obtaining individual tax interpretations. At MDDP Outsourcing, I specialise in keeping books of companies from the service and trade industries, most of which operate within international capital groups.

Understanding the needs of Clients and knowledge of their businesses is, in my opinion, crucial to efficiently keep their accounting books and effectively provide reliable financial data.

I am a graduate of economic studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. I completed postgraduate studies in accounting at the University of Economics in Cracow. I also obtained an accounting certificate from the Ministry of Finance.
