I owe my first professional steps to “in house” work. I have been working in outsourcing for 20 years. I specialize in payroll handling of large, usually international companies with multi-component pays.

I completed a master’s degree program in Management and Marketing at the University of Łódź.

When it comes to outsourcing, I appreciate the opportunity to constantly expand my knowledge, as well as the growing variety of subjects and issues, something I would probably not be able to experience while working within the structures of a specific individual company. Since MDDP Outsourcing is a large organization – I can cooperate with many professionals and take advantage of their knowledge in taxes, insurance regulations and changes in the labor law. Our Customers usually include large companies, so there is no room for boredom. There is always something going on – new tasks, new challenges, searching and implementing new solutions, adjusting the services to the needs of the Customer or the changes in regulations. Sometimes it can be difficult. Both the Customer and our company must face the changes resulting from a different pay system.

I want the effects of my and my team’s work to satisfy the Customer. It is what we strive for.

On a daily basis, I work in the Warsaw office of MDDP Outsourcing.
