In a modern organization, the speed and convenience of access to data are of fundamental importance for the comfort of employee service and for the constant improvement of internal work efficiency. We understand this and we enable our clients’ employees to use specialized software – an employee portal to work in a self-service mode. Software that has implemented best practices (e.g., workflow), designed to self – service search and check the necessary information, as well as electronic submission of requests, e.g., vacation or document retrieval (payslips, PIT).

This way of working automates the most frequent, repetitive activities and thus allows you to shorten the time of solving issues and eliminate piles of paper documents. It also helps to make employees independent in performing administrative tasks, obtaining answers to questions, and can radically simplify and shorten the time of document distribution, thus reducing the costs of employee service. The employees themselves benefit from this without having to communicate with the HR department, and the HR department itself receives much fewer inquiries, thus being able to engage in everyday and project tasks.

For employees

Each time, we address the individual needs of individual companies and their users, selecting and providing specific functionalities from among those that allow the employee to:

  • check the available vacation limit,
  • submit electronic vacation requests, which are transferred in the document flow to the manager (the system supports a workflow in which the supervisor accepts or rejects requests), submit requests in accordance with the Labour Code for scheduled and occasional leaves,
  • submit requests for remote work – remote work is not an absence, but the employee’s work calendar contains annotations that the employee works from home,
  • track changes in the status of submitted and pending vacation requests,
  • view data on working time and overtime,
  • check the expiry date of medical examinations and health and safety training,
  • have access to monthly payslips or annual PIT11 documents (it is also possible to distribute these to the indicated individual e-mail addresses).

For managers

The employee portal is also made available to the management. Your HR department, planner and manager managing production resources can perform a number of tasks from the application level, including:

  • check the available vacation limit,
  • submit vacation requests, which are transferred in the document flow to the manager,
  • view data on working time and overtime,
  • check the expiry date of medical examinations and health and safety training,
  • view salary amounts,
  • print various types of HR reports, payslips and an annual salary card,
  • view the data of employees’ subordinates,
  • approve vacation requests that will go to the main HR & Payroll module as absences,
  • introduce norms and actual values for working time,
  • complete realization reports for civil law contracts concluded with a rate per hour settlement,
  • schedule work,
  • print reports supporting personnel management.
