Agnieszka Pączek Manager

I gained my professional experience in the automotive industry at the positions of, among others, Chief Accountant, Treassur and balance controller. I was responsible for the implementation of SAP and the group reporting system. In my work, I focus on continuous improvement and I try to update my knowledge on an ongoing basis. In addition to knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, it is extremely important for me to skilfully use management accounting in my daily work.

I completed master’s and postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Katowice and completed various accounting and tax courses. I am currently in the process of obtaining ACCA qualifications.

I have been associated with MDDP Outsourcing since November 2022 – I am an accounting manager in Katowice. Due to the diverse experience of experts working at MDDP Outsourcing, we provide Clients with services in various fields. Together with my team, we serve Clients to whom we provide comprehensive accounting services, as well as those we serve under employee leasing. The portfolio of Clients I handle includes both large production and service companies, as well as trading companies.

By transferring the process to outsourcing, the Client saves time and money on creating an internal accounting department. They can be sure that their books will be taken care of by specialists, which is very important nowadays due to changing tax regulations.

What is important to me at work is an individual approach to each Client and the identification of the entire team with their business. I like diversity, and there is plenty of that in outsourcing.
