I have been involved in the outsourcing of HR and payroll services for thirteen years, and for three years I have been managing a team of specialists in the HR and payroll department. I have completed many trainings and courses in the field of labour law and social security, as well as team management.

I am a graduate of higher studies in applied linguistics at the University of Silesia, I also completed postgraduate studies in “Enterprise financial management” at the University of Economics in Katowice.

I started working at MDDP Outsourcing eight years ago as a human resources and payroll specialist in Katowice, and thanks to my commitment and experience, I currently manage a team of qualified specialists as a Junior Manager.

At MDDP Outsourcing, I deal with customer service in the field of HR and payroll, as well as I constantly support my team in implementing new projects. I serve Clients with full commitment, which translates into long-term cooperation and satisfaction with the HR and payroll services we provide. The satisfaction of our Clients is always the most valuable distinction and satisfaction for me, which motivates me to take further actions.

What is most important to me at work is the team, respect, support, and professional approach to tasks. My life motto is the golden rule – “treat others the way you would like to be treated” and it has a huge impact on interpersonal relationships.
