I am an experienced Manager with extensive knowledge and many years of practical experience in financial and accounting areas. I know the standards of modern financial management methods very well. I have well-developed analytical skills combined with an understanding of the business world.

At MDDP Outsourcing, I keep books for Clients – from small enterprises to international companies. My job is to ensure transparency of financial information. In an era of constant changes in regulations, correct understanding and interpretation of regulations are necessary to ensure reliability and compliance with legal requirements. My task is to know the specificity of the Client’s industry and contract terms well, so that the recommendations are as accurate as possible.  At MDDP Outsourcing in Katowice, I am responsible for skilful management of work, matching tasks to people in the team, planning and monitoring the progress of work in supervised areas.

Accounting outsourcing provides access to the latest technologies and increases the efficiency of accounting services and processes undertaken in the company.

At work, I focus on people, they are the driving force of the business.  I want to be a leader who my colleagues like, listen to and respect, but at the same time are not afraid of.
