Monika Biziewska Junior Manager

I have been working in the sector of outsourcing of accounting services for over 10 years.

I have graduated with Master’s degree from the University of Economics in Katowice with major in Finance and Accounting. I also finished a post-graduate course at the WSB Merito University in Chorzów with major in Controlling and internal audit. Moreover, I completed a course for Chief Accountant and received the proper certification.

At the branch office of MDDP Outsourcing in Katowice, I serve the role of Junior Manager of the accounting team. I provide bookkeeping and simplified accounting services for my Customers along with my team. In everyday work, I rely on quality and accuracy of the carried-out settlements. I try to understand the business environment of the Customer and be their partner from the accounting perspective. When the Customer expands onto new markets, it motivates me to take action in order to prepare myself for the upcoming challenges.

The world is undergoing constant changes in many aspects. That is why I can develop by catching up with those changes. This is the key determinant of success in realization of goals at MDDP Outsourcing. I really appreciate the fact that along with other experts I can work on many diversified accounting tasks so that we continuously obtain new knowledge and experience which later on translates into high standards of our services.
